Founder Of Posted Digital
Nicole was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, to parents who immigrated to the United States, making her a proud first-generation American. From an early age, Nicole displayed a passion for entrepreneurship, excelling in DECA competitions at the national level during high school. Her drive led her to pursue a degree in marketing at Grand Canyon University.
Determined to transform her aspirations into reality, Nicole pursued a degree in marketing at Grand Canyon University. While still a student, she began her marketing career at a national mortgage company, where she swiftly advanced over six years. During this time, Nicole sharpened her skills in design and social media, discovering a significant market need for agencies that could seamlessly function as an extension of a business’s internal team.
This insight sparked the creation of Posted Digital, a forward-thinking agency that has thrived under Nicole’s leadership. Today, she is living her dream, driving innovation in the marketing world and empowering businesses with the creative strategies they need to succeed.
Taylor Peer
Social Media Manager, Posted Digital
Taylor Peer, originally from Minnesota, spent much of her early life in Arizona before pursuing her education and career in New York City. With over seven years of experience in marketing and campaign management in the vibrant NYC landscape, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise to the Posted Digital team.
Her diverse background includes modeling for notable brands like SKIMS and Target. However, her true passion lies in helping businesses grow through innovative social media and digital marketing strategies.

Madison Peer
Social Media Management, Posted Digital
Madison Peer is a senior at ASU FIDM, set to graduate this fall with a degree in fashion, with a focus on business. Her passion for the intersection of fashion and business naturally led her to the world of digital marketing, where she discovered her true calling. Driven by a deep love for marketing, Madison is dedicated to innovating and creating meaningful connections through every post, campaign, and strategy.
At Posted Digital, Madison has found the perfect environment where creativity flourishes and collaboration is key. Working alongside like-minded professionals who share her passion, she has grown and been inspired to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Jenna Rodriguez
Social Media Intern, Posted Digital
Jenna Rodriguez is a senior at Arizona State University, where she is pursuing a degree in digital and integrated marketing communications, along with an international business certificate. Originally from Arizona, Jenna spent her formative years in the Bay Area, California, before returning to her home state. She is set to graduate in May 2025.
Outside of her academic pursuits, Jenna has a passion for music, cooking, hiking, and yoga. A true adventurer at heart, she loves to travel and dreams of one day owning her own travel agency to help others explore the world. Jenna brings her enthusiasm and diverse interests to the team at Posted Digital, where she is excited to contribute and grow.
Mariah Montoya
Social Media Intern, Posted Digital
Born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, Mariah Montoya discovered her passion for photography early on, founding her own photography business at just 16. Her creative eye behind the camera naturally led her to explore the world of marketing, with a particular focus on digital marketing and social media management.
Now entering her senior year at Arizona State University, Mariah is set to graduate with a degree in business and communications. She is eager to bring her passion and skills to the team at Posted Digital, where she aims to make a lasting impact.
